Salami Cheddar Bites
- 1 pkg (227 g) Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 6 salami deli slices, each cut into 4 pieces
- 24 Triscuit Original Crackers
- gerkin pickles, sliced diagonally (garnish)
- MIX cheese, mustard and red onion together.
- PLACE a slice of salami on each cracker; top with 2 tsp (10 mL) of the cheese mixture.
- BAKE at 375F (190C) for 5 minutes OR heat in covered BBQ over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts OR microwave on MEDIUM about 30 seconds or until cheese melts.
- TOP each cracker with a sliced pickle.
