Salami Cheddar Bites

  1. MIX cheese, mustard and red onion together.
  2. PLACE a slice of salami on each cracker; top with 2 tsp (10 mL) of the cheese mixture.
  3. BAKE at 375F (190C) for 5 minutes OR heat in covered BBQ over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts OR microwave on MEDIUM about 30 seconds or until cheese melts.
  4. TOP each cracker with a sliced pickle.
