Balsamic Ketchup Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 8 ounce Tomato Sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Onion Pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Green McIlhenny Tabasco Sauce, (This is essential)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 pch Allspice
- 1 pch Powdered Clove
- Stir vigorously in a jar, then microwave until it bubbles thoroughly (4 minutes.).
- Stir well, cold, stir, put the lid on, chill.

- Mom's kitchen tip: Ketchups (like mayo) are colloidal suspensions.
- If you want the stuff up near the neck of the jar, jerk it a couple - three times towards the neck and it will pile up there handy where is easier to get at.
