Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Pasta

  1. Gather all your prepared ingredients, except for the heavy cream and noodles, and put everything into the pot of a 6-quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours, or on low setting for 6 to 7 hours.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream.
  4. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes, or until heated through.
  5. Spoon on top of egg noodles and garnish with parsley.
