Easy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

  1. Slice potatoes and onions into greased 2 to 3 qt casserole.
  2. Mix soups and lowfat milk (and optional pimentos) in saucepan and heat till consistency is smooth.
  3. Pour over potatoes and onions; stir just to blend.
  4. Bake in 350 degrees for about 45 min to 1 hour.
  5. About 15 min before removing from oven, top with crushed cheese crackers or possibly potato chips or possibly seasoned bread crumbs or possibly whatever.
