Hawaiian Fish with Thai Banana Salsa

  1. Pat fish with chopped cilantro and saute.
  2. Set fish on 6 warm plates; spoon salsa alongside.
  3. Add cilantro sprigs and salt to taste.
  4. THAI BANANA SALSA: Peel and halve lengthwise banana.
  5. In a nonstick 10 to 12 inch frying pan over high heat, brown banana well in sesame oil, about 8 minutes.
  6. Chop banana.
  7. Mix with raisins, cilantro, lemon peel and Japanese chili spice.
