Hawaiian Fish with Thai Banana Salsa
- 2 pounds hawaiian fish cut into 6 equal portions
- 1/4 cup cilantro coarsely chopped
- 1 x cilantro fresh
- 1 x salt
- 1 each bananas firm, ripe
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup golden raisins chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest grated
- 1 teaspoon japanese chili spice
- Pat fish with chopped cilantro and saute.
- Set fish on 6 warm plates; spoon salsa alongside.
- Add cilantro sprigs and salt to taste.
- THAI BANANA SALSA: Peel and halve lengthwise banana.
- In a nonstick 10 to 12 inch frying pan over high heat, brown banana well in sesame oil, about 8 minutes.
- Chop banana.
- Mix with raisins, cilantro, lemon peel and Japanese chili spice.
