Pisco Alexander

• 1 ounce heavy cream
• Ice
• 1/4 ounce dark creme de cacao
• 2 ounces pisco
• 1 ounce sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 ounce evaporated milk

1. Combine the first five ingredients in a blender and pulse for 30 seconds.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add the mixture and shake well.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with the cinnamon.
