Pudding Ice Cream # 1 - Rocky Road

• 2 cups light cream, cold (or half and half)
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package chocolate instant pudding
• 8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
• 1 cup miniature marshmallow
• 12 cup walnuts, chopped

1. Pour cold cream into a cold bowl.
2. Add pudding mix.
3. Using an electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, about 2 minutes.
4. Let stand 5 minutes.
5. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and nuts.
6. Pour into a 2-qt.
7. covered containor.
8. Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
