Louisiana Creole Roast Recipe

  1. Brown meat in oil in large heavy pan.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, add in onions, celery, green pepper and saute/fry' till tender.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and simmer for 2 hrs or possibly till tender or possibly bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hrs.
  5. Thicken sauce with cornstarch for gravy when done.
