fraked chicken wings

  1. Pour oil in bottom of cookie sheet or pan with short sides set oven to 425 or 450
  2. Coat wings with seasonings
  3. Add chicken to oil i put them skin side up first
  4. "frake" or bake/fry for 25 mins, flip wings, n frake another 25 or so till crispy n done
  5. i put them in a metal colandar to cool n sprinkle with salt then eat or dump in bowl with hot sauce
