Banana And Mango Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 x ripe mango 1 point.
- 1 sm banana 1 point
- 1/4 pt skim lowfat milk
- 100 ml fruit juice
- 1 Tbsp. low fat natural lowfat yoghurt
- Process all ingredients together in a blender and refrigeratein the fridge before serving.
- NOTES : The number after each ingredient stands for the number of Weight
