Red Wine Marinade for Steaks

• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 cup dry red wine
• 3 tbsp EVOO
• 2 clove minced garlic
• 2 each bay leaves
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 pinch salt & pepper

1. Mix all ingredients in a shallow baking dish.
2. Add steaks to dish.
3. Marinade 1-2 hrs, turning the steaks over several times.
4. Discard marinade after grilling steaks.
