Springtime Scramble
- 34 cup mushroom, sliced
- 2 teaspoons red onions, minced
- 34 cup peas, frozen and thawed
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 eggs
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Saute mushrooms and onions, when soft, add peas.
- Add eggs, scramble on low heat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
