Asian Marinade
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup rice wine vinegar
- 14 cup lime juice
- 14 cup honey
- 14 cup cilantro, freshly chopped
- 14 cup green onion, freshly chopped
- 3 dashes ginger powder
- 3 dashes garlic powder
- 3 dashes crushed red pepper flakes
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Place 1 - 1 1/2 lbs.
- protein in marinade, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Grill or broil to desired temperature.
