Ultimate jerk chicken

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  2. Place marinade in a container ( I prefer a freezer bag).
  3. Add the chicken pieces and refrigerate a MINIMUM of 12 hours I personally go for 48 hours.
  4. To cook preheat oven to 350
  5. Take out your marinated chicken place on a foil lined sheet pan, cook for about 45 to 55 min rotating the chicken at least 4 times during the cooking process.
  6. Once the chicken has reached a minimum internal temp of 175 remove from oven and allow to cool 5 to 7 min.
  7. ENJOY!
