Fancy Peanut Soup(Serves 12)

  1. In a pan over low heat, soften the peanut butter to allow for easy mixing with the milk.
  2. Add the milk, salt, pepper and vegetable seasoning mixture.
  3. Bring to a boil and then set aside. Saute the onion and celery in butter; do not allow to brown.
  4. Stir in the flour as if making a gravy.
  5. Add the chicken stock and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  6. It save a lot of time and elbow grease if the stock has already been brought to a boil.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Combine with the peanut butter and milk mixture.
  9. Return to the stove and over a very low heat, cook until all the ingredients are well blended.
