Jay's Hamburgers

  1. Mix all ingredients, except for the bacon.
  2. Spoon out for patties (making them as flat as possible) into a heated pan coated with olive oil.
  3. Pan fry burgers to desired internal temperature (rare to well-done).
  4. Layer burgers with crisp halves of bacon between.
  5. Top with cheese of choice, if you like.
  6. We tried Monterey Jack, but any kind will do.
  7. Serve on Toast or Buns.
  8. Enjoy!
