Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

• 4 Large eggs
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 tbsp. vanilla
• 1 env. unflavored gelatin (softened in 1/4 c. water)
• 1/2 pt. whipping cream
• 2 cans Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 quart. lowfat milk

1. Mix all ingredients together and put in electric freezer.
2. Takes about 35 min to freeze.
