Slow cooker chicken and dumplings
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 can chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 garlic powder to taste
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces
- Place onion on bottom of crock pot.
- Then chicken, butter, soup, broth and corn
- Then add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
- Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
- About 1 hour before it is done take out chicken breasts and pull chicken apart with 2 forks then add back to crock pot.
- Then add biscuit dough pieces.
- Push dough down into the liquid.
- Finish cooking until dough is done
