Grilled Spice-Rubbed Pork with Pineapple Salsa

  1. Combine pineapple, onions, cilantro, Italian dressing and lemon juice.
  2. Brush meat with Miracle Whip.
  3. Mix seasonings; rub evenly onto meat.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. Place meat on greased grill; cook 20 min.
  6. or until done (160 degrees F), turning occasionally.
  7. Remove from grill; cover with foil.
  8. Let stand 10 min.
  9. Slice meat.
  10. For each serving: Place 3 oz.
  11. (85 g) meat on serving plate.
  12. Serve with 1/4 cup (50 mL) salsa and 2/3 cup (150 mL) rice.
