  1. for the rub mix the spices and cornstarch together rub on the chops put on a hot grill
  2. each time blood rises up and is visible on top of chops turn keep doing this till chops turn white and pulls from bone this is a good sign its done use a meat thermometer when its 165F Fahrenheit in center its done add butter and turn add butter again add glaze if you desire good both ways
  3. add all the ingrediants but cornstarch and water cook 7 minutes boiling mix cornstarch and water well add to boiling glaze bring to boil stirring it will thicken a bit
