Nectarine Crumble

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the nectarines, 1/4 cup brown sugar, the orange juice concentrate, lemon zest, almond extract, and nutmeg.
  3. Pour into an 8-inch square nonstick baking pan.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, using a fork, stir together the oatmeal, almonds, flour, margarine, cinnamon, and remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar until the margarine is distributed throughout.
  6. Sprinkle over the nectarine mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the nectarines are tender and the topping is golden brown.
