Ed Comb's Famous Meat Biscuits

  1. Mix first ten ingredients together in a mixing bowl and form into 1 inch balls.
  2. Fry in cooking oil until browned on all sides, then drain on paper towels to room temperture.
  3. Combine milk, shortening and yeast.
  4. Add sugar, salt and flour.
  5. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
  6. Add room temperture meatball and roll dough around it.
  7. Place on greased baking pan, let rise in warm draft free place for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350' degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.
