Grandma Dorothys Bleu Cheese Dip
- 16 ounces, weight Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces, weight Package Cream Cheese, Softened
- 10 ounces, weight Bleu Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Onion, Grated
- 1 dash Black Pepper To Taste

- In mixer of food processor beat together cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and softened cream cheese until fairly smooth.

- Add crumbled bleu cheese, minced garlic and grated onion.
- Blend well.
- 3.
- Season with pepper to taste and refrigerate.
- Make one day ahead for best results.
- Serve with fresh vegetables or spread on toasts.
