Brown Sugar Cookies Recipe

• Makes 9 dozen
• 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. margarine or possibly shortening
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 4 c. flour

2. Cream sugar and margarine.
3. Add in Large eggs and beat well.

5. Add in soda, cinnamon and flour.
6. Mix well and refrigeratefor several hrs.
7. 3.
8. Roll thinly on floured board and cut with cookie cutters.
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 min.
