Grilled-Trout BLT

  1. Spread the toast slices with the lemon-caper mayonnaise.
  2. Halve the grilled trout and top 8 slices of toast with a trout fillet, bacon, tomato and arugula.
  3. Close the BLT sandwiches and serve.
