Grilled-Trout BLT
- 16 slices of whole-grain toast
- Grilled Trout with Lemon-Caper Mayonnaise
- 16 slices of crisp bacon
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Arugula leaves
- Spread the toast slices with the lemon-caper mayonnaise.
- Halve the grilled trout and top 8 slices of toast with a trout fillet, bacon, tomato and arugula.
- Close the BLT sandwiches and serve.
