Blondie's Grandma's Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease an 8 X 8 glass baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla, brown sugar, oatmeal, and cinnamon.
  4. Add 3/4 of the mix to the baking dish.
  5. Layer the berries evenly on top of the oatmeal mixture.
  6. Layer the remaining oatmeal mixture on top of the berries.
  7. Bake until the top starts to brown and the oatmeal gets bubbly, about 30 minutes.
  8. Cut into sections and serve in bowls.
  9. Grandma served this with a bit of milk and maple syrup over the top, but you can use either or, or leave it plain too.
