Simple Fajita Marinade for Beef or Chicken

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. I like to do this in my blender.
  3. Pour marinade over meat in shallow glass, or other non-reactive container (a 1-gallon plastic zip-lock bag works well).
  4. Refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.

lime juice, tequila, garlic, ground cumin, fresh cilantro, fresh ground black pepper
