Slow Cooker Beef Stew With Guinness

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in small bowl.
  2. Place meat in slow cooker; add flour mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Cook on low 8-12 hours, to desired tenderness.
  6. Stir before serving.
