skillet pork chop saute with peaches

  1. heat a large skillet over medium heat .
  2. add oil to the pan .
  3. coat chops with salt & pepper.
  4. add chops to pan cook 3 mins on each side .
  5. add shallot , peaches & thyme cook for 2 mins .
  6. stir in wine .
  7. bring to a boil .
  8. cook until reduced to 1/3 liquid in pan
  9. stir in broth & honey .
  10. bring to a boil .
  11. remove from heat
  12. remove from heat stir in butter .
  13. take chops out first spoon sauce over chops .

olive oil, center, salt, ground black pepper, shallots, thyme, peaches, white wine, chicken broth, honey, butter
