Herbed Couscous

  1. Bring water, 1 tablespoon salt, and butter to a boil.
  2. Add couscous, remove from heat and stir quickly and thoroughly.
  3. Cover for 5 minutes.
  4. Moisture will be absorbed.
  5. Fluff with a fork.
  6. Add scallions, Spanish onion and rice wine vinegar
