Spicy Korean Ribs
- 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) pork baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 3 Tbsp. gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Cut ribs into 2-rib pieces; place in large microwaveable bowl.
- Add water; cover with waxed paper.
- Microwave on HIGH 20 min.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Drain ribs.
- Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture; brush remaining evenly onto both sides of ribs.
- Grill ribs 15 min.
- or until done, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
