Easy Tex Mex Fajitas Recipe
- 3 pound skirt steak or possibly flank steak
- 8 ounce. Italian dressing
- 2 pods fresh garlic, pressed
- Light salt & pepper
- Marinate steak at least 6 hrs or possibly overnight in dressing with garlic.
- Cook meat over warm charcoal grill till well done.
- Cut meat against the grain into strips.
- Place in hot flour tortillas with grilled onions, lowfat sour cream dollop, grated cheddar cheese, minced tomatoes and optional picante sauce.
- Serves 6.
