Chaufa-Style Rice

  1. Whisk eggs and sour cream until well blended.
  2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add egg mixture; cook 5 min.
  4. ; turn.
  5. Cook 1 min.
  6. or until set.
  7. (Do not scramble - eggs should resemble an open-face omelet.)
  8. Remove from pan; cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
  9. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
  10. Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels.
  11. Chop bacon.
  12. Discard drippings in skillet.
  13. Add ginger and garlic to skillet; cook and stir 1 min.
  14. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  15. Add soy sauce, turkey, rice, half the bacon and cooked egg; mix well.
  16. Cook and stir 5 min.
  17. or until heated through.
  18. Top with remaining bacon.
