Cheese Ball

• 1 large philadephia cream cheese
• 4 ounces sour cream
• 14 lb med. or old cheddar cheese (finely grated)
• 3 ends finely chopped green onions
• 10 finely chopped red pimientos (from olives)

1. Mix well.
2. Form ball on waxed paper using waxed paper and place in foil.
3. Chill 24 hours.
4. Serve with crackers.
