Pesto Genovese Sashimi Cocktail Salad
- 80 grams Fresh sashimi grade tuna
- 60 grams Sashimi grade salmon
- 1 heaping 1 tablespoon Pesto genovese
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 cm Wasabi in a tube
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 1 as much (to taste) Vegetables to garnish
- Mix the ingredients really well.
- Cut the sashimi into bite-size pieces.
- Toss the sashimi from Step 2 with the sauce from Step 1, and it's done.
- The taste will vary depending on the pesto you use.
