Lasagna Fry
- 1/4 cup oil
- 5 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add potatoes, onions and garlic; cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until potatoes are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon into medium bowl; set aside.
- Brown meat in same skillet; drain.
- Add frozen vegetables and tomato sauce; mix well.
- Cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Layer half each of the potato mixture, meat mixture and cheese in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until heated through.
