Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

  1. Score one side of meat by making shallow cuts in a crisscross design.
  2. Combine marinade and pour over meat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1-3 days- the longer the time the more tender the meat.
  4. Grill about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Slice in thin strips across the grain.
  6. Good hot or cold.
