Buffalo Wings, Oven Fried!

  2. Preheat oven to 400 F. Non-stick foil line a cookie sheet with sides.
  3. Set aside.

  5. Cut wings into pieces at joints (discard the little flapper portion) and place on prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Generously season wings with salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle flour over wings and toss to coat.
  8. Arrange on cookie sheet so theyre not touching.
  9. Drizzle the vegetable oil over the prepared wings.
  10. Bake for about 50-55 minutes or until wings are very crispy.

  12. While wings are baking, add all sauce ingredients to a large saucepan.
  13. Warm sauce over medium heat about 10 minutes before the wings come out of the oven, turn off heat.
  14. 4.
  15. Remove wings from oven right onto a paper towel lined plate.
  16. Add the hot wings to the sauce pot.
  17. Toss to coat.
  18. Serve immediately with bleu cheese dressing and celery and carrot sticks.
