Parmesan Flounder

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Cover broiler pan with foil, then cooking spray.
  3. Place fillets on broiler pan, folding thin ends for more even cooking.
  4. In a small bowl, mix Parmesan and mayonnaise, spread over fillets, sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Broil 6 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
