A Tad Spicy Chicken Wings in Doubanjiang

  1. Soak the dried shitake mushrooms with a pinch of sugar.
  2. You'll use the soaking liquid later for the simmer.
  3. Cut the daikon radish into 2 cm half-moons.
  4. Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes on low pressure.
  5. Just leave it as is until the pin drops.
  6. When the pin drops, it's done!
