Buttered Rosemary Rolls

  1. melt tablespoon of butter in a cast iron skillet or dtch oven.
  2. remove from heat and let it cool for 10 min.
  3. place the dinner rolls in the warm skillet or dutch oven, allowing space in between rolls
  4. cover the rolls with dish towel or a cloth napkin and set in a warm place for at least 2 hours.
  5. when they have risen, the rolls will be puffy and soft.
  6. melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then brush the melted butter on to the rolls.
  7. sprinkle the rolls with copped rosemary
  8. sprinkle with sea salt
  9. bake for 15 to 20 min.
  10. at 350f

butter, frozen unbaked, fresh rosemary, salt
