Buttered Rosemary Rolls
- 1 butter
- 1 frozen unbaked, unrisen dinner rolls
- 1 coarsely chopped fresh rosemary to taste
- 1 coarse sea salt to taste
- melt tablespoon of butter in a cast iron skillet or dtch oven.
- remove from heat and let it cool for 10 min.
- place the dinner rolls in the warm skillet or dutch oven, allowing space in between rolls
- cover the rolls with dish towel or a cloth napkin and set in a warm place for at least 2 hours.
- when they have risen, the rolls will be puffy and soft.
- melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then brush the melted butter on to the rolls.
- sprinkle the rolls with copped rosemary
- sprinkle with sea salt
- bake for 15 to 20 min.
- at 350f
