Salty-Sweet Miso Flavoured Pork Offcuts Stir-Fry

  1. Chop the meat into your preferred size.
  2. Put ingredients and the meat in a bowl.
  3. Rub the meat so that it absorbs the sauce.
  4. Spread it in a non-stick pan, and turn on the heat.
  5. Stir-fry until it's cooked through.
  6. Serve on a plate and it's done.
  7. It easily burns, so adjust the heat accordingly.
  8. I used red miso paste in this picture.
  9. The color is dark, but it's ok.
  10. It's rich and delicious.
  11. If you add ginger, it will become a miso-ginger pork.
  12. For those who like a sweet taste, or for kids, increase the amount of sugar to 3 teaspoons.
