Salty-Sweet Miso Flavoured Pork Offcuts Stir-Fry
- 300 grams Thinly sliced pork offcuts or pork offcuts
- 2 tbsp each Miso, mirin, sake
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp each Vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil
- 1 dash Pepper
- 2 tsp step 6 (Grated ginger)
- 1 Mayonnaise if you like
- Chop the meat into your preferred size.
- Put ingredients and the meat in a bowl.
- Rub the meat so that it absorbs the sauce.
- Spread it in a non-stick pan, and turn on the heat.
- Stir-fry until it's cooked through.
- Serve on a plate and it's done.
- It easily burns, so adjust the heat accordingly.
- I used red miso paste in this picture.
- The color is dark, but it's ok.
- It's rich and delicious.
- If you add ginger, it will become a miso-ginger pork.
- For those who like a sweet taste, or for kids, increase the amount of sugar to 3 teaspoons.
