Cafe Alexander

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend ice cream, espresso coffee, and cognac until smooth.
  2. Immediately spoon into chilled champagne glasses or dessert cups.
  3. Variation - use chocolate ice cream for a mocha flavour!
  4. This is nice served with crunchy rolled pastries.
