Hearty Halloween Soup
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1 cup celery diced
- 2 each garlic cloves diced
- 6 cups water
- 1 each vegetable stock cubes
- 1 cup red skinned potatoes diced
- 1 each bay leaves
- 18 teaspoon basil
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 6 each tomatoes diced
- 1 cup turkey gravy
- 2 cups vermicelli pasta
- Place everything except vermicelli in the kettle and simmer 1 hour.
- Add vermicelli and simmer until cooked.
