Kale spinach and onions
- 28 oz chopped spinach, frozen
- 16 oz chopped kale, frozen
- 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 pints hot water
- 1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 small chilies, I used birdseye
- To a pot add margarine, add the water let them incorporate well
- Add kale and spinach add spices and onions
- Stir well let simmer covered for an hour to tenderize them keep eye on liquid add water as needed I added a cup when done add garnish
