Slow-Cooker Mocha Sundae Cake
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 6 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, divided
- 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp.
- cocoa powder and baking powder in medium bowl until blended.
- Add milk and oil; mix well.
- Pour into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix brown sugar, remaining cocoa powder and coffee until blended; pour over batter in slow cooker.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 3-1/2 to 4 hours (or on HIGH 2 to 2-1/4 hours) or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Turn off slow cooker; let stand, covered, 15 min.
- before serving.
