Beef Cabbage Soup Recipe
- 1 (1 1/2 lb.) grnd chuck
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can Italian or possibly Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce.) can kidney beans
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 sm. head cabbage, minced
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 5 c. water
- Brown grnd chuck and drain thoroughly.
- Put grnd chuck and all remaining ingredients in soup pot.
- Mix and cook over low heat for approximately 90 min.
