Apple Brandy Butter

  1. Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until mixture begins to thicken.
  4. Pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  5. Vacuum seal.
  6. Makes 6 1/2 pint jars.
