Turkey Leftovers Pie
- 1 lb cooked turkey, leftovers
- 8 tablespoons bread sauce
- 9 ounces prepared stuffing, rolled into small balls
- salt and pepper
- 1 14 cups turkey gravy
- 2 lbs potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 3 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- Mix the turkey with the bread sauce and stuffing in a large saucepan and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the gravy and heat through thoroughly.
- Spoon the turkey mixture into a pie dish or gratin dish, top with the mashed potato and sprinkle over the grated cheese.
- Grill until the potato is brown and crispy.
- Serve with baked beans.
