South of the Border Flip
- 2 cups TVP (Texturized Vegetable Protein)
- 1 3/4 cups water boiling
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 each black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 each onions diced
- Combine ingredients in saucepan.
- Stir and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Once done, use as meat mixture for tacos, wraps etc.
